Why Families Choose Us

A Shelf of Reasons to Begin

Warm, Unhurried Pace

Sessions move at the family's own rhythm. Nothing is rushed and no one is pressured to share more than feels comfortable.

Clearly Scoped Service

Everything we do stays within general education and organising. We are transparent about what falls outside our scope and refer to the right professionals.

Tangible Keepsake Records

Participants leave with a real, organised folder or inventory — something the whole family can reference for years to come.

Conversation Facilitation

Our facilitators are trained to open difficult family conversations with sensitivity, creating a calm space where different viewpoints feel welcome.

Peer Community Support

Members join a community of families navigating similar conversations — sharing practical approaches in a respectful, non-judgmental setting.

Bangkok-Based, English-Language

We are located in Chatuchak and run all sessions in English, serving the international and local English-speaking community across Bangkok.

Ready When You Are

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly happens in a Memory & Belongings Workshop?
A facilitator guides a small group through general approaches to recording family stories alongside an inventory of meaningful belongings. You take away a simple keepsake folder framework. The session is educational — personal arrangements and legal matters are always referred to appropriate professionals.
Do I need to bring any documents or items to the sessions?
For the workshop, nothing is required — just an open mind and, if you like, a few notes on family memories you'd like to preserve. For the Heirloom Inventory Session, bringing a list of meaningful objects or a few items you'd like catalogued can help us make the best use of your time together.
How long does each session run?
The Memory & Belongings Workshop typically runs three hours, including a short break. The Heirloom Inventory Session is usually a half-day appointment, though we can adjust scope together when you book. Legacy Stories Membership sessions run approximately 90 minutes each month.
Is this the same as estate planning or legal advice?
No — and we are clear about that distinction. Heirloom Lab provides general education, conversation facilitation, and practical organising. We do not draft documents, give personal legal or financial recommendations, or offer anything regulated. For those needs, we can point you toward appropriate qualified professionals in Thailand.
What are the session prices and how do I pay?
The Memory & Belongings Workshop is ฿3,600 per person. The Heirloom Inventory Session is ฿6,800. The Legacy Stories Membership is ฿11,500. Payment details are shared at the time of booking confirmation. All prices are in Thai Baht.
Can I attend with other family members?
Absolutely — many participants find it most rewarding to come with a sibling, adult child, or a spouse. The inventory session can be arranged as a private family appointment. Workshop seats are per person; contact us if you'd like to bring a group and we'll discuss options.
Is my personal information kept private?
Yes. Information shared in sessions stays within the session. We do not share participant details with third parties for marketing or any other purpose. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle personal data.
